At Sianza, every garment is thoughtfully designed and made to order, ensuring attention to detail and quality in every piece. As each item is specially created upon purchase, we follow a carefully structured Returns & Exchange Policy.
Returns
We offer returns in the form of store credit to ensure our customers feel confident about their purchase.
• Customers may request a return within 72 hours of delivery.
• Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, a credit note for the same amount will be issued.
• The credit note is redeemable within one year from the date of purchase and can be used for future purchases on the Sianza website.
Exchanges
We are happy to assist with exchanges in case of size or fit concerns, or if there is a manufacturing defect or incorrect product delivered.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Once approved, the exchange product will be dispatched within 3–4 business days.
